Terms of Service

Version 28 August 2026. These terms apply to fpsscope.com and the Scope Overlay Windows application.

1. The product

Scope Overlay is a paid Windows desktop program. You buy a lifetime license for €5. There is no subscription and nothing to cancel. Payment is handled by Stripe.

2. Who may use it

You must sign in with Google. The license is for you personally, not for a group, shop, or shared account.

3. Two computers

A license may be active on at most two machines at the same time (for example a desktop and a laptop). If you sign in on a third machine, the least recently used machine loses access. That is expected when you replace a PC.

4. Sharing and bans

We watch for patterns that look like the same login being passed around (many different computers in a short time, constant slot swapping). Automated review can pause or ban a license. Repeated sharing with other people is forbidden and can end the license without a refund.

5. Getting access back

If the Windows app blocks a PC or pauses the license, use Need access again in the app. That opens fpsscope.com/restore. An automatic review decides first. You can also write to [email protected]. Abuse of restore (to keep feeding extra people) leads to a ban.

6. Instant download / withdrawal

Buying unlocks the download immediately. By paying you ask us to start the digital delivery and you lose the 14-day EU withdrawal right for that purchase, as far as the law allows.

7. Acceptable use

Do not reverse-engineer the license checks to run unpaid copies, attack the service, or use the overlay to break another game’s terms in a way that is illegal. We may refuse service for fraud or abuse.

8. Liability

The software is provided as-is. We are not affiliated with any game publisher. Use it at your own risk. Mandatory consumer rights in your country still apply.
